(1) When making an appeal, the appellant shall submit the following manner –

(f) In accordance with the prevailing law, the fee required for appeal should be filed.
(2) When making an appeal, the person making the appeal must disclose the following information in the appeal letter.
(b) Name of the case.
(c) Date of decision.
(d) the law under which the appeal lies.
